回顾！新加坡名模一览

上世纪80至90年代是本地模特界黄金时期，新加坡模特出现在国际广告与时尚舞台，成为家喻户晓的脸孔。时尚界光彩一度黯淡下来，但近来又看一些本地模特儿渐渐走向国际。一起来回顾这些年来最亮眼的本地名模。

1. Ethel Fong

第一位与纽约Ford Models签约的新加坡人，与超模Naomi Campbell和Christy Turlington属于同一家公司，担任Chanel和Christian Dior模特，也登上许多国际刊物封面，如Italian Vogue与W Magazine。2016年，Fong与她的先生Jean Chalopin积极参与慈善事业，创办网络平台StoryPlus让家长购买不同作家的故事，再用这笔钱教育第三世界的儿童。

2. Nora Ariffin

1985年，她荣获Glamour Awards年度最佳模特儿以及Studio M Awards的最佳模特儿与最上镜模特儿。Nora离开新加坡，事业攀登新高峰，出现在巴黎与意大利的杂志里，并出现在CoverGirl cosmetics广告中。今天，她经营时尚品牌NoraRTW，提供回教女性服饰。

3. Hanis Hussey

第一位在巴黎时尚周的走秀的新加坡模特，参与1983年Yves Saint Laurent秋冬秀，之后也为多个品牌走秀，包括Balmain、Christian Dior、Givenchy、Lanvin。2016年担任新加坡环球小姐的走猫步教练。

1995年的Ford Supermodel of the World成为新加坡冠军，从此登上本地与国际刊物，并为著名品牌如Chanel 和Louis Vuitton走秀。后来转行担任主持人，为许多著名品牌与活动主持过活动，包括法拉利、Samsung Galaxy S6 World Tour、Zenith新加坡旗舰店开张等等。

1993年的ASEAN Model Search名列第三，15岁就开始模特儿事业，多次出现在Go杂志封面。2002年从模特界退下，转行担任公关。2015年又出现在Elle Singapore x ION Orchard日历上。

16岁在阿姨Ivy Chng的婚礼上被星探发现，Ivy是80年代的模特儿。Sheila曾为Gucci、 Louis Vuitton和Valentino走秀，为宝兴珠宝和Ashley Isham宣传，也是SK-II的第一位新加坡代言人。近几年来担任演员，在多部本地电视剧中亮相。

Rahmat的模特事业在2015年达到巅峰，在IG比赛中获选成为Marc by Marc Jacobs春季广告脸孔。目前还是模特儿，但也担任Kilo Lounge、Camp Kilo和Kilo Kitchen的活动经理。
