Raffles Hotel Singapore hosted a charity gala dinner as part of its 130th anniversary celebration, where they raised almost half a million in table sales and auction takings. The black-tie event was graced by Guest-of-Honour Mr S Iswaran, Minister for Trade and Industry, with the Community Chest adopted as the evening’s beneficiary. Guests enjoyed a stunning performance by Tomos Griffiths, an Australian opera singer who notably starred as the Phantom in the Phantom of the Opera at London’s Majesty Threatre.
