《ICON》与​​​​Diageo Rare & Exceptional为迎接虎年而举办了两晚的美酒佳肴新年盛宴。当晚，受邀的宾客们都品尝了5款威士忌酒，分别是 King George V, The Singleton of Dufftown 25 year old, Caol Ila 25 year old,Talisker 25 year single Malt 和 Dalwhinnie 30 year old 来搭配当晚的中餐盛宴。

An intimate Lunar New Year product launch was held at The Ritz Carlton Hotel with guests of ICON in partnership with Diageo to usher the year of Tiger.

Five Spirits ( King George V, The Singleton of Dufftown 25 year old, Caol Ila 25 year old,Talisker 25 year Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Dalwhinnie 30 year old ) from the distilleries owned by Diageo Rare & Exceptional were paired creatively with a Lunar New Year 5-course menu that invited many praises from guests.

Of the Five Spirits, two were most enjoyed by guests of ICON - Talisker 25 year single Malt and Dalwhinnie 30-year-old.

Talisker 25 year Single Malt Scotch Whiskey is a classic talisker, with a chili kick like a mule. It is sweet to start, and gradually develops to dry, toasty notes with white pepper and chilies.

Dalwhinnie 30-year-old has rich layers of flavour, developed over 30 years of maturation in refill hogsheads and butts. It is brought to a peak of perfection the moorland aromas and smoothly sweet, yet also surprisingly peppery, tastes that define the distillery character.
