新加坡国家博物馆于8月15日举行慈善筹款晚宴。博物馆自2023年底启动为期三年的修复与翻新工程后，今年重新开放，而这场晚宴正是修复后的首个大型活动，同时也是时隔15年来再次举办的慈善筹款晚宴。

晚宴在博物馆二楼中庭举行，以“Fragments of the Sea”为主题，将海洋与水的意象融入其中，呼应为庆祝新加坡建国60周年特别策划的新展览《Singapore Odyssea》。新加坡国家博物馆馆长曾美君表示，这不仅是一场筹款晚宴，更是激发公众长期参与文化传承的重要契机。晚宴所筹得的资金将用于推动博物馆未来的发展，特别是在包容性和创新性项目上的持续投入。

当晚，约一百位贵宾参与了这场极具意义的晚宴；现场也举办了拍卖会，包括专为新加坡建国60周年而打造的爱彼(Audemars Piguet) Code 11.59 Starwheel腕表、B.P. de Silva 以“守护”为灵感的高级珠宝作品、The Pure McLaren Arctic Experience极地探索。其中，Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 Starwheel以48万新元成交，成为当晚最高拍价。
