《风华》20周年展览 开幕酒会花絮

How to Enter:
● Visit ICONIC COUTURE - The Art of Timeless Elegance (“Event”) at ION Art at ION Orchard, Level 4, from 10am - 10pm.   
● Take a selfie with your favourite ICON cover (choose from 20 covers on display). Upload the photo on your Instagram account with a caption on why that is your favourite ICON cover. The caption has to be at least 10 words. 
Be sure to: Tag and hashtag @iconsingapore #iconsingapore and @ion_orchard in your Instagram post.
● You must be following both @iconsingapore and @ion_orchard on Instagram.
● By participating in this contest, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out below.

Prizes:
● Each winner will be eligible to receive an exclusive gift box worth up to S$250. 
● Each winner will also be eligible to receive 125 ION⁺ Points (worth S$50 e-vouchers)  if the winner shares the winning post with at least 10 friends on Instagram.

Contest Period:
● Four winners stand to win prizes during the entire contest period from 8 April (Tuesday) to 20 April (Sunday) 2025. Winners will be selected based on creativity and originality of photos and captions posted on Instagram. 
● 8 April to 12 April 2025: Two winners will be selected from Instagram posts uploaded during this period (before 11:59pm on 12 April). Winners will be announced on 13 April 2025, Sunday, 8pm. 
● 13 April to 20 April 2025: Two winners will be selected from Instagram posts uploaded during this period (before 11:59pm on 20 April). Winners will be announced on 21 April 2025, Monday, 8pm.

Eligibility:
○   This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above in Singapore only.
○   Participants must have a public Instagram profile to participate and tag @iconsingapore and @ion_orchard.
○   The contest is not open to employees of SPH Media Limited (“SPH Media”) and ION Orchard.
○   Participants must follow all the steps in the “How to Enter” section above.
○   All entries must be posted on Instagram with the required tags (@iconsingapore and @ion_orchard) to be eligible.
○   The ICON Editorial team reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

Prize Details:
○   Each winner will get a gift box valued up to $250. Prizes to be collected from SPH Media, at 1000 Toa Payoh North, News Centre, Singapore 318994.
○   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
○   In the event that, for reasons beyond SPH Media’s reasonable control, SPH Media is unable to award the prize described above, SPH Media reserves the right to award another prize of a similar nature and equivalent value.

Winner Selection:
○   There will be two winner each week selected from photos submitted in that week. A total of four winners will be selected during the contest period.
○   Photos submitted in the first week of the contest (i.e. 8 April to 12 April 2025) will be disregarded when selecting the winner for the second week of the contest (i.e. 13 to 20 April 2025).
○   Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and thoughtfulness of their caption and photo submission, as judged by the ICON Editorial team.
○   Each winner will be announced weekly on ICON Singapore’s Instagram account.
○   Each person may not win more than once in the contest.
○   All decisions made by the ICON Editorial team are final and binding without having to provide any reason whatsoever.

Winner Notification & Prize Claim:
○   Winners will be contacted by ICON Singapore via Instagram direct message within 3 days after the weekly selection.
○   Each winner must respond to ICON Singapore via Instagram direct message within 7 days to claim their prize, failing which the prize will be forfeited with no replacement or compensation whatsoever and an alternate winner will be selected by the ICON Editorial team.
○   Winners will be required to collect the prize in person from SPH Media at 1000 Toa Payoh North, News Centre, Singapore 318994 and must provide SPH Media with proof of verification of their identity. Further details of the collection of the prizes will be provided to the winners.

Content Usage:
○   By participating in this contest, each participant warrants that their submission is their original work and as such, is the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted photo.
○   Each participant grants SPH Media and ION Orchard the irrevocable right to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes across all platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials, with credit given to the original creator.

Privacy Policy:
○  By participating in this contest, participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data submitted in connection with the contest (including in the submitted photos) by SPH Media, ION Orchard, their related corporations and affiliates as well as their agents and authorised service providers for the purposes of administering the contest, announcing the results of the contest, identifying and contacting the winners of the contest and in order to publicize and conduct marketing related to the Event and the contest (“Purposes”).
○   Participants hereby confirm that in respect of any third party’s personal data submitted in connection with the contest (including in the submitted photos), they have obtained such third party’s consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the third party’s personal data by SPH Media, ION Orchard, their related corporations 
and affiliates as well as their agents and authorised service providers for the above Purposes. 

General Conditions:
○   SPH Media and ION Orchard reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at their discretion.
○   Participants agree not to submit any entry which: (a) infringes another’s intellectual property rights, moral rights or any other rights including without limitation confidentiality obligations; (b) contains material which is or which promotes activities which are illegal, offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate; and/or (c) violates any applicable laws and regulations.
○   SPH Media, ION Orchard and their related corporations or affiliates shall not be responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control, including but not limited to any expense or damage suffered in connection with the contest or any prize.
○   If any provision in these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions without affecting the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining part of that provision or of other provisions.
○   The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. All participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
