迈向未来的艺术盛宴

一年一度的Gallery Benefit 是新加坡国家美术馆(National Gallery Singapore)的主要筹款活动。晚宴让艺术家、收藏家、艺术爱好者能够共聚一堂，除了艺术鉴赏，也能够借此机会深度交流。这也是新加坡国家美术馆庆祝开馆五周年的庆生活动之一。 盛宴在博物馆的Supreme Court Terrace 举行，今年的主题为”过去。

未来。现在（Past. Future. Present）出席的宾客们都配合当晚的前卫主题盛装打扮。宾客受邀观赏”视屏艺术之父”的韩国艺术家白南准的装置艺术“Nam June Paik: The Future Is Now”外，也参与了一场慈善拍卖和一个关于NFT艺术的讲座。当晚，慈善晚宴共筹得121万 2774元。

Despite the challenges faced due to global pandemic, National Gallery Singapore successfully held a fundraising benefit which brought together a community of individuals and patrons passionate towards arts who engaged in an evening of live discussion on “Legacy and Patronage”alongside with a segment on art appreciation through the viewing of Nam June Paik - The Future is Now exhibition. 

The benefit was graced by Guest of Honour Mr Edwin Tong, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Second Minister of Law. The key highlight for the night was the Charity auction with 13 lots from a diverse group of artists working across the globe, particularly Southeast Asia. Alongside was an online sale of 47 lots, which ran from Janurary 10th till January 20th 2022. Through the generosity and support of our Benefit Committee, esteemed patrons, partners and donors, The Gallery Benefit managed to raise over S$1.2million from this fundraiser.
