On 12 November, Richard Hennessy hosted a specially curated private dinner at Summer Pavilion, Ritz Carlton with a menu designed by Chef Cheung Siu Kong. The guests were treated to dishes that were specifically made to pair with the Hennessy XO and Richard Hennessy.
