社会企业精英盛装出席新加坡爵士协会筹款晚宴

新加坡爵士协会(Jazz Association Singapore，简称JASS)于7月31日在香格里拉大酒店举办筹款晚宴“Swing It！”，共有逾400名嘉宾到场共襄盛举。

今年的JASS筹款晚宴可谓意义非凡，不仅庆祝了本地资深爵士钢琴家蒙特罗(Jeremy Monteiro)迎来45年的职业生涯、爵士传奇人物和现代爵士乐之父路易斯·阿姆斯特朗(Louis Armstrong) 的121岁生日，更提前为新加坡爵士协会欢庆六周年。

本地歌手向洋和董姿彦，同蒙特罗及新加坡爵士协会乐队携手呈现精彩表演。当晚共筹得逾70万的资金，并将用于促进新加坡爵士乐的卓越发展，透过新加坡爵士协会奖学金来栽培年轻有为的爵士乐人才，确保爵士乐的包容性，并通过新加坡爵士协会危机基金向有需要的爵士音乐家伸出援助之手。
